You can learn a lot from your dog (or cat, or horse, or most critters).

​So you have a sore back, and you’ve tried most things but nothing seems to work. I’d like to suggest you take a moment and look at your dog.

Why look at your dog? Because he’s  smarter than you when it comes to looking after his back. You see he stretches regularly. In fact, given the chance he stretches every time he gets up to move.

When was the last time you stretched when you got up?
