Squash.... A little prevention goes a long way

​Following on from my last post I’d like mention Squash. It’s a great game. I personally like the fact that you get to play it in the winter in a heated facility… no mud.  But, due to the fast, agile nature of squash, it's no wonder there are a higher prevalence of sprained ankles, calf muscle tears, back muscle strains, knee ligament sprains,  and even Achilles tendon rupture.  If you taken a knock, or strained or sprained yourself, come and see me. The sooner you get LLLT treatment, the faster your recovery.

​Remember, a proper warm up before the game, followed by a proper warm down, will ensure you are less likely to suffer an injury.
